Friends you have heard of Doosri Radha. Mr. Panda, an IPS officer has shown guts of coming before society as Radha, in saree. Indian Police Service Officers who have been showing tendency of stooping low before the wealthy criminals for accruing lucrative benefits should learn from Doosri Radha. This IPS officer was denied promotion due to which he transformed into Radha; since he is helpless before system. Such other IPS officers who are honest but helpless before system should not resort to such transformation. They should fight the system. The transformation into Doosri Radha should be followed by such IPS officers like Mumbai Police Commissioner Anami Roy who are volunteering to be subservient to wealthy criminals such as PSI Daya Nayak, Gutkha Barrons Dhariwal and Joshi. Such lot of IPS officers who allow a sub-inspector to grow larger than the department for materialistic benefits such as undergarments of their wives and daughters, expenses for buying sandals and bras and panties for their wives and keeps, enjoying company of film stars; etc.

There are series of IPS officers who have bid a dignified goodbye to the system such as Mr. Ashok Dhamija, Mr. Vikram Boke. There are helpless like Mr. Panda whose frustration reached the peak. There are spineless cowards like Ajaykumar Jain, who was trapped while taking bribe from his own subordinate sub-inspector. There are worse shameless cowards like Anami Roy who are yet to be trapped for having shielded the millionaire PSI Daya Nayak.

PSI Daya Nayak was found in possession of crores of rupees worth of unaccounted wealth and his wife had withdrawn more than one crore rupees from Hong Kong Bank and Developement Co-operative Bank, Vile Parle (west) in 2003. She failed to answer as to who sent her these remittances and why. These discoveries were made during the investigation into my complaint registered with the Special MCOCA court, Mumbai. Even then this son of a prostitute Anami Roy gave clean chit to his sponsor PSI Daya Nayak, who sponsors the undergarments of the daughter and wife of Mumbai Police Commissioner Anami Roy.

There are numerous examples of senior IPS officers committing henious crimes such as rape and murders. Time has come to beware of those shoulders in khakis that display emblems.
